Large studio with private full bath room: The room is in a house shared by 2 students / young professionals, between Illini Union and Urbana downtown, in a safe neighborhood (click here). It is a 5 min walk to Urbana downtown, at an easy walking/biking distance to campus, and 2 blocks from Green Street bus stop. The studio has more than 2 dozen spot lights that can be individully adjusted to eluminate art professionally. It is newly painted and floored. In the studio is a refrigerator, a hotplate, a micro wave, basic set of silver ware, plates, drinking glasses, pots and pans. Amenities include wireless broad band internet, and access to an outdoor hot tub, a washer and dryer, and a bicycle shed. There is beautiful backyard with wooden deck and gas grill.
